High Quality Eyeglass
QUESTION: had an eye examination earlier and both of my eye grade were -0.25, I want to have an eyeglass but..?
I am still thinking what kind of eyeglass lens will be good for my vision. Personally, I prefer a high-index eyeglass lens (not plastic or polycarbonate) because of its vision quality.
Does a high-index lens good for me?

I have -0.25 but I am uncomfortable staring at distant objects and I’m always at the front of a computer everyday.
I don’t think there is any difference as far as viewing quality is concerned. Moreover glass lenses are a bit heavy and fragile. I would suggest you go for a plastic or polycarbonate lens with UV and anti-glare coating. 0.25 is quite a low power, it almost like having no power . If you know yoga, please try Kapaal Bharti and Anulome-Vilome. It is possible that your power will go and you would not require a spectacle at all.
